In Another Pair Of Eyes

Partners stand mirror faced. Miniature images of one another float atop a black abyss of pupilar mass that threatens to swallow them whole. Whole, as one. Lovers enter and are absorbed directly, after their diffuse reflections fail to find a way out of this shared embrace.

Their gaze closes in and proximity causes dilatation, allowing further entry into a sharing of souls. The Light obliterates darkness as pupils constrict sealing the partners as one, never to be alone again. Standing together, in The Light.
