People routinely ask me what the best, latest, newest, most effectively easy hack is for their fitness.
I usually spent 20 minutes explaining that the best routines are time tested classics. Items like sprints, lunges, squats and push-ups. Then if I’ve not lost them, I encourage people to pick one lifestyle variable and have a honest reality check:
- Sleeping (too much, too little)?
- Alcohol intake?
- Eaten anything green this week?
- How often do you take the stairs?
The point is that rather than spending 60 to 500 minutes a day googling for the latest and greatest, eat a salad then bust out 20 push-ups!
