Bournemouth 1 – 2 Liverpool

Sheyi Ojo. I love this kid! Out of all the youngster Liverpool fielded yesterday, he sticks out the most to me. He plays at his own speed, looks so comfortable, and is relatively composed at such a young age.

In all fairness, Jordon Ibe had himself a game yesterday as well. Klopp’s genius knows no bounds. Ibe played on the left flank and managed to keep the teams width while contributing vital passes and the free kick delivery for the Sturridge goal. As much as I want more Ojo, that performance likely will mean we’ll have to wait for that.

It is exciting to see so much youth in the squad and put in the type of performance they did. Bournemouth are not a bad side. Danny Ward did well between the sticks, but managed to flail at a delivery in the box late in the match.

No Allen, no party. We’ll need him with Can out, and if recent form is any indicator, we’ll be just fine.
